What Youll Be Doing:

• Run EMT, Rigid, and Flex conduit with speed and precision
• Terminate motors, VFDs, control panels, and switchgear
• Read blueprints, one-lines, and schematics
• Pull and land wireeverything from 120V to 480V 3-phase
• Install, inspect, and test systems for functionality and safety
• Troubleshoot live systems under pressureand fix it fast
• Work side-by-side with foremen, project managers, and industrial crews

What You Bring:

• Valid Journeyman License (preferred but not required in AZ)
• 5+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience
• Proficiency with conduit bending, motor control circuits, and panel wiring
• Strong blueprint and diagram reading skills
• Working knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and best safety practices
• Pride in your work, a clean install, and a job done right

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with industrial automation, PLC panels, or control systems
• Certifications: OSHA 30, MSHA, Arc Flash
• Field leadership or mentoring apprentices
• Ability to travel for shutdowns or special projects
