We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to take initiative and work independently. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, providing support to our staff and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the IIQAF team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.

• Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and calls, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

• Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all items are stocked and in good working condition.

• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents.

• Maintain and update our database and filing systems.

• Manage travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

• Support the coordination and execution of IIQAF events, both on-site and off-site.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Perform other duties as needed to support the smooth running of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail.

• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of event planning and coordination is a plus.

• Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is an asset.
