About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency and performance. This is a fully remote position, open only to candidates located in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and process improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and propose solutions.
Develop and present reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
Work closely with IT and development teams to implement system changes and enhancements.
Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and workflow evaluations.
Support Agile teams by writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and participating in sprint planning.
Ensure compliance with business policies, industry standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday).
Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
Knowledge of financial modeling, market research, or business intelligence.
