About the Role:
An opportunity exists for a technically capable Data Centre Manager to support the operational reliability and performance of a hyperscale facility in Melbourne. This role centres on infrastructure oversight, compliance, and vendor coordination without line management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure ongoing performance and uptime of MEP systems and facility infrastructure.

• Monitor operational KPIs and support reporting and compliance efforts.

• Contribute to incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate technical input for audits, upgrades, and risk reviews.

• Collaborate with service providers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in critical infrastructure or data centre environments.

• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems at a high level.

• Familiarity with ISO, ITIL, or similar operational frameworks.

• Strong documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to work in high-availability, process-driven environments.
