About the Role
As an Associate, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the national Mission Critical team, overseeing the planning, design, and delivery of complex data centre and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include client engagement, team leadership, and technical design management, from initial feasibility through to detailed design and construction.
Youll also contribute to the development of the company's data centre capability and mentor emerging engineering talent within the team.

About You

A senior electrical engineer with 10+ years of experience in the building services industry.

Proven expertise in the design and delivery of data centres or mission-critical infrastructure.

Skilled in resilient, efficient electrical systems and knowledgeable about operational continuity.

Experienced in leading project teams and managing complex, high-value projects.

Familiar with regulatory requirements across critical infrastructure, healthcare, defence, or large-scale commercial projects.

Comfortable managing stakeholder relationships and mentoring technical teams.

Professionally registered or eligible under relevant state legislation.
