ABOUT IKIGAI CASES
Ikigai Cases (www.ikigaicases.com) is a fast-growing ecommerce brand manufacturing aerospace-grade aluminum pill cases. Two brothers founded it in December 2021 to make a better pill case for their dad, who has a rare neurological condition. Now, almost five years later, we've grown to over 20 employees across the globe and ship thousands of pill cases every month.
Our mission is simple: make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service. We deliver on this by managing e-commerce order fulfillment in-house at our Alexandria, VA facility (including custom engraving) and maintaining obsessive attention to detail.
The founders are still hands-on. Our co-founder Breton runs the warehouse, and you'll meet both founders during your interviews.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- About 80% of the job: picking and packing customer orders from our online store
- About 20%: other warehouse work, including tracking inventory, processing returns and receiving shipments

REQUIREMENTS

- Able to work 40 or 50 hours per week in person through January 31, 2027

PAY AND SCHEDULE
- Two options; you pick the one that fits you:
- $5,000 per month for 50 hours per week
- $4,000 per month for 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, with flexibility to choose your hours
- Runs November 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027. Starting later than November 1 is fine; the role still ends January 31
