Senior Test Management
Quality assurance with experience in Test strategy & Test consulting
Manages the testing processes, methods and standards to ensure delivery of client technology agenda and incorporation of leading testing practices
Design tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure testing services are compliant with defined testing methods and standards
Drives and measures adoption of testing processes, methods and standards across domains.
Supports the Test Quality and Governance lead in the coordination of regular approval forums/ workgroups for reviewing testing standards/ processes and methodologies including requests for dispensation/ deviation.
Assist the Test Quality and Governance lead in the conduct of on-going health check, audits, reviews and walkthrough's etc. on project deliverables, identifying gaps and driving the remediation. This includes review of requirement, design documents, test artefacts, outputs of the gating process etc.
Provides QA data and analysis as needed
Work with Test Delivery Lead, and Test Program Managers to identify high-risk projects and engages Testing CoE in direct QA checks and adherence as needed
Updates and maintains standards/ processes/ methodologies relating to testing and ensure alignment with other client defined policies/ guidelines/ processes in supporting IT delivery to business.
Provides periodic reports on quality metrics used to benchmark and measure respective Testing domains and adherences defined standards on testing.
