Position Purpose:
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Next.js and NestJS to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating clearly, and delivering high-quality scalable applications. Experience with AI integrations will be considered a strong plus.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree from a reputed educational institute, preferably in computer programming, computer science, software engineering or a related field.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Full Stack Development with a proven portfolio of relevant projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-performance solutions.
  • Develop well-designed, testable, and efficient code across both frontend and backend.
  • Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Work with Next.js to implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and dynamic routing.
  • Develop scalable backend services using NestJS, including modules, controllers, and providers.
  • Integrate multiple data sources and databases into unified systems.
  • Ensure platform optimization, performance tuning, and scalability.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills required for effective team collaboration.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, code standards, and version control practices.
  • Manage and oversee small projects or modules, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Debug, analyze, and resolve issues quickly during development and deployment.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript on both frontend and backend.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR, App Router).
  • Strong backend development skills in NestJS (or equivalent Node.js frameworks like Express).
  • Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
  • Database experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB; ORM experience (Prisma/Sequelize) is a plus.
  • Experience with React.js, Redux, Tailwind, and modern UI libraries.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience working with modern IDEs like Replit or cloud-based development environments.
  • Proficiency in Git, version control workflows, and collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of full web stack, browser protocols, and performance optimization.

Nice-to-Have

  • AI integration experience (chatbots, AI APIs, LLMs, RAG pipelines, automation flows) is a strong plus.
  • Experience with React Native and cross-platform development.
  • Taking client meetings or directly interacted with clients regarding project requirements.
  • Exposure to modern cloud development tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
