Position Purpose:

Seeking an adept UI/UX Designer with a knack for crafting engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in user-centric design, adept in creating intuitive videos and interfaces, and possess a portfolio showcasing diverse projects. Responsible for maintaining social media presence and user needs into compelling designs and collaborating cross-functionally for project success.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Relevant Field of design and development

  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fields preferred.

  • 2 to 4 Years proven work experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centric solutions aligned with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Utilize Figma and Adobe Creative Suite proficiently, with Premiere Pro skills for video editing considered a plus.
  • Leverage design elements such as color, typography, illustration, and photography to craft compelling and visually engaging layouts.
  • Select appropriate type sizes and styles to optimize readability and enhance the integration of text and imagery.
  • Create and present design drafts for review, incorporating feedback to refine and improve outputs.
  • Stay informed about emerging tools, trends, styles, and design concepts to ensure modern and innovative designs.
  • Make informed recommendations for stock imagery to enhance visual impact as needed.
  • Develop vector illustrations and 2D designs tailored to project requirements.
  • Design layouts and visual assets specifically optimized for social media platforms.
  • Create intuitive dashboards and user interfaces that provide seamless interactions.
  • Develop detailed wireframes to effectively visualize functionality and user flow.
  • Strategize and implement social media design elements to support branding objectives.
  • Optimize UI/UX designs for smooth integration with social media platforms
  • Conduct in-depth user research to understand behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
  • Work collaboratively with users to iterate and refine designs based on their feedback.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective user experiences.
  • Perform usability testing rigorously to collect insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to enhance overall user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Maintain consistency and coherence in user experience across all touchpoints and platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends and video editing techniques to incorporate innovative solutions.
  • Document and clearly communicate design decisions to align with user needs and project goals.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory.
  • Strong foundation of design Knowledge in layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
  • Creative flair who Possess versatility, originality, and a conceptual/visual ability to create compelling designs.
  • Attention to detail, a sharp eye for visual composition and a high level of proficiency in all design aspects.
  • Digital design experience in creating graphics for digital ad campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, and UI/UX designs for websites and web applications.
  • User-Centered design, strong understanding of user-centric design principles with the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visual designs.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and frontend development principles (a plus).
  • Knowledge of social media design principles to create impactful visuals.
  • UI/UX Experience in crafting intuitive interfaces, dashboard designs, and detailed wireframes for functionality visualization.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to incorporate feedback into design iterations and video content seamlessly.
  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Eagerness to stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and video editing techniques.
