Job Responsibilities

  • Use design thinking methodologies to clearly identify user pain points and friction points in the user flow and come up with creative solutions to solve them.

  • Cross collaborate with development, quality assurance, data and analytics teams to implement the creative solutions identified and keep track of it.

  • Facilitate the clients product vision by researching, sketching, prototyping, user-testing and presenting relevant solutions.

  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups.

  • Optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

Shift: SL day time (9am - 6pm)
Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)

Job Requirements

  • Should have excellent and up to date knowledge on design thinking principles, latest UI/UX design trends and patterns.

  • Should be able to participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions and should be able to come up with creative solutions to design problems.

  • Should have an excellent proficiency in Figma and have a clear understanding on how to use collaboration tools like FigJam or Miro.

  • Should have excellent proficiency in adobe creative suite (including adobe illustrator, photoshop, etc).

  • Having hands-on experience in managing design systems, graphic designing, animations with an eye for creativity will be an added advantage.

  • Should be a highly creative individual, and be able to clearly communicate your Concepts and ideas in a way that gets people excited about the product

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and take responsibility for projects.
