Job Responsibilities
Use design thinking methodologies to clearly identify user pain points and friction points in the user flow and come up with creative solutions to solve them.
Cross collaborate with development, quality assurance, data and analytics teams to implement the creative solutions identified and keep track of it.
Facilitate the clients product vision by researching, sketching, prototyping, user-testing and presenting relevant solutions.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups.
Optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Shift: SL day time (9am - 6pm)
Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)
Job Requirements
Should have excellent and up to date knowledge on design thinking principles, latest UI/UX design trends and patterns.
Should be able to participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions and should be able to come up with creative solutions to design problems.
Should have an excellent proficiency in Figma and have a clear understanding on how to use collaboration tools like FigJam or Miro.
Should have excellent proficiency in adobe creative suite (including adobe illustrator, photoshop, etc).
Having hands-on experience in managing design systems, graphic designing, animations with an eye for creativity will be an added advantage.
Should be a highly creative individual, and be able to clearly communicate your Concepts and ideas in a way that gets people excited about the product
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and take responsibility for projects.
