Responsibilities
Assist team leads in coordinating and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and tasks.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
Support internal communications and ensure team alignment on project goals.
Help identify project risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in team meetings, track action items, and follow up on pending tasks.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the use of project management tools.
Support requirement gathering and feature prioritization
Shift: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com) is a plus.
Basic understanding of project lifecycle, timelines, and performance metrics.
Tech-savvy with a logical mindset and eye for detail
Self-driven, organised, and eager to learn
