Job Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, training, and testing AI/ML models using Python or Scala.

• Work on projects involving machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI under guidance.

• Support the team in optimizing models for accuracy and performance.

• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into applications.

• Help translate AI concepts into actionable solutions for real-world products.

• Ensure AI functionality is reliable and production-ready under supervision.

• Assist in preprocessing datasets, feature engineering, and model training.

• Support model evaluation, validation, and optimization processes.

• Learn and help implement MLOps workflows for model monitoring and retraining.

• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML models, frameworks, and industry trends.

• Explore new AI techniques and tools under guidance to enhance capabilities.

Shift: SL day time (9am - 6pm)

Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in Python or Scala for AI/ML model development.

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and model training concepts.

• Basic understanding of backend services, APIs, microservices, or data pipelines is a plus.

• Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases is a plus.

• Enthusiasm for learning, curiosity about AI/ML trends, and willingness to work on real-world projects.
