Job Responsibilities

1. UX and Product Team Leadership

  • Build and lead the UX design & product management teams from the ground up, including recruiting, hiring, and mentoring top talent.
  • Establish the vision, principles, and processes that will guide your teams and define how we build products.

2. Web & Mobile Product Strategy

  • Develop and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for all web and mobile platforms.
  • Define priorities based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the voice of the user and the product, ensuring alignment across engineering, leadership, and go-to-market teams.

3. UX Strategy for AI Adoption

  • Champion a user-centric approach to enterprise AI, translating complex capabilities into intuitive and seamless user experiences.
  • Bridge the gap between user needs and our AI technology, ensuring our product design drives adoption and delivers clear value.

4. Scalable Design & Product Processes

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and user research to high-fidelity design, prototyping, and validation.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of scalable design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency as the team grows.
  • Implement data-driven processes that utilize analytics and user feedback to validate ideas and measure success.

Shift: SL day time (9am - 6pm)
Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years in UX leadership, with experience in product development or business analysis (strongly preferred).
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or equivalent degree
  • Proven experience building and leading product management and UX teams, including hiring and mentoring.
  • Portfolio showcasing complex web/mobile projects with a focus on problem-solving and enterprise AI integration.
  • Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) and prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Framer).
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, user stories, and product lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in user testing tools (UsabilityHub, Hotjar) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Business-minded UX thinker with the ability to translate stakeholder and enterprise AI needs into actionable designs.
