Job Role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at iLabs, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts for a rapidly growing IT team. Your responsibilities will span the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting top-tier talent to facilitating the hiring process through interviews, salary negotiations, and final selections. With a focus on the dynamic IT job market in Sri Lanka, you will tap into both online and offline networks, screen applications, and work closely with hiring managers to ensure that only the best candidates are selected. You will use your expertise to strategically navigate the competitive tech landscape and quickly identify top tech talent, all while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up with applicants.
- Assist in updating and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (Manatal) with accurate candidate data and status.
- Participate in research and help identify new talent sourcing channels (e.g., university platforms, LinkedIn, tech communities).
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging employer branding content and campaigns to promote iLabs as a preferred employer.
- Help coordinate campus engagement activities and job fairs in collaboration with universities and career centers.
Prepare basic recruitment reports and help track key hiring metrics.
Assist in liaising with external recruitment vendors when needed.

Requirements
- Diploma/ An undergraduate or recent graduate in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Passionate about people, communication, and making a difference.
- A team player with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Curious to learn about recruitment, HR tech, and talent strategy.
- Excellent English (written and oral) is a must.
