Front-End Intern - NextJS / ReactJS

Founded in 2012 by a Sri Lankan American entrepreneur from the US Silicon Valley, iLabs currently has several major partnerships with global tech companies and also has its own high-growth eCommerce marketplace in the US (CloudofGoods.com). Today, iLabs specializes in Web, Mobile, AI technologies, and technology outsourcing services. We also provide IT strategy consulting, IT operations, DevOps, SEO, and Digital Marketing/Social Media solutions to our global clients through iLabs, a Colombo Port City Corporation

We are looking for an intern with Next/React experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing web applications with React/Next and other open source technologies. You will get the opportunity to participate in a variety of software development projects to build cutting-edge web applications that align with our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications with NextJs/ReactJS and other related technologies
• Work with other Front end and back end developers to integrate code
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams located in different places and time zones

Shift: US Day Time (SL Night Time) (5pm - 2am)

Location: Battaramulla

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Knowledge with popular React js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Knowledge with GraphQL/Relay is a bonus.
• BS or MS in computer science/engineering
