Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models using Python or Scala.
Work on projects involving machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.
Ensure models are optimized for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into applications.
Translate complex AI concepts into actionable solutions for products and end-users.
Ensure AI functionality is robust, reliable, and production-ready.
Work with large datasets for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
Implement model evaluation, validation, and optimization processes.
Support MLOps workflows for continuous monitoring, retraining, and version control.
Stay current with emerging AI/ML models, frameworks, and industry trends.
Explore new techniques and tools to enhance AI capabilities and product value.
Shift: SL day time (9am - 6pm)
Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field. (Masters degree in relevant field will be an added advantage)
Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks, model training, and deployment.
Solid understanding of backend services, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines for model integration.
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
Ability to preprocess and work with large datasets effectively.
Up-to-date with AI/ML trends, generative models, and emerging technologies.
Prior work with LLMs, GenAI systems, or NLP pipelines is highly desirable.
