Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize business listings and content across key platforms Meta (FB + IG), Google My Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, BBB, and Sprout Social.
- Handling message and review management to maintain brand reputation.
- Schedule, publish, and track content performance across channels.
- Assist in drafting social captions, local SEO copy, and short post ideas.
- Maintain coordination with design/video teams for creative needs.
- Support local SEO initiatives (GMB optimization, keyword tagging, etc).
- Identify trends, competitor insights, and customer feedback loops from social and review channels.
Shift: SL day time (9am - 6pm)
Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance in all marketing materials.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with online business listing platforms such as Google Business Profile (GMB), Bing Places, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and other directories, as well as content management systems.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn new marketing tools and strategies.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience, with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field considered a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of content creation (e.g., basic design and copywriting skills).
- Ability to analyze and interpret digital marketing data.
