We are looking for a talented, technical generalist to work as an internal systems administrator/analyst who will own the setup, maintenance, and integration of internal systems used for running day to day operations. This person would be responsible for our operations systems including CRM, Inventory Management System, Subscription/Invoice Management Systems, Google Suite, HRIS, ATS and any other future systems. The responsibilities would include:
User and access level management on all systems
Managing internal reporting and dashboards on internal systems
Working on supporting payment gateway integrations
Support on communication integrations via SMS and Email
Developing automations for internal processes as needed
Familiarity with Hubspot, Zoho, and other operations systems
Familiarity with Google suite administration
Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI or other systems
High level of proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets
Computer Science background with basic coding skills (VBA/Google Script, API integration, and/or C# or other programming languages)
Background in IT/Tech support
