Leading Financial Services company requires an Agile Delivery Lead/ Scrum Master for a permanent role based in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile practices within the squad and across the organisation
• Maximize the time and cognitive load in the team invested towards team objectives and delivery
• Optimise team meetings and ceremonies for performance enhancement
• Support seamless cascading from missions to sprint tasks
• Ensure the squad works smarter and ensure alignment, flow, and continuous improvement across every sprint and initiative

Requirements

• Matric
• IT Degree or Diploma
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead/ Scrum Master, preferably within a Financial Services industry
• Scrum Master certification advantageous
• Expertise in Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid approaches
