Medical Receptionist, General Practitioner, Bryanston

We are seeking a medical receptionist for a general practitioner based in Bryanston.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Bookings
  • Diary management
  • In-room payments, invoicing and receipting
  • Stock taking
  • Ordering consumables
  • Liaising with various service providers
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
  • Upholding the values of the practice
  • General administration
  • Maintain efficient patient service
  • Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information
  • Correspondence and general administration typing

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • Experience within a medical practice is an advantage
  • Experience on Healthbridge is an advantage
  • Microsoft office suite knowledge
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Friendly disposition
  • Ability to work independently

Hours:

Monday to Friday 08h00 17h00

Occasional Saturdays 08h00 to 13h00 as the practice demands

Start Date:

Start/Mid January 2024
