Qualified Registered Nurse (private residential vacancy)

We are seeking a qualified registered nurse for a private home in the southern suburbs of Cape Town to care for an elderly lady.

We require one day and one night nurse for an initial 3/6 month contract.

Required to work at least 6 days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Bathing and dressing

- Meal Preparation

- Administering medication and treatments

- Wound and skin care

- Assisting with mobility

- Monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure, sugar etc

- Companionship

Requirements:

Current registration with SANC

Registered Nurse

At least 3 years experience

Clinical Associate qualification will also be considered

Hardworking and willing to work long hours to ensure the well-being of the elderly lady

Compassionate, kind and caring

Covid Vaccination required

Computer software knowledge (Microsoft office) is an advantage
