Receptionist & Administrator (Construction Industry) - Centurion, Gauteng

Our client is seeking to recruit a junior receptionist & administrator to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reception and switchboard duties:
    • Answering and Directing Calls
    • Greeting Visitors
    • Quotations and invoicing
  • Document Management:
    • Assisting with organizing and maintaining project documents, contracts, and records.
  • Scheduling:
    • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and site visits.
  • Communication
    • Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Project Support:
    • Assisting with various tasks related to project management, such as tracking progress and preparing reports.
  • General Administration:
    • Performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Interacting with clients and visitors in a professional manner.


Qualification and Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Experience in a similar receptionist position will be advantageous
  • Computer literate

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00
