Responsibilities

Own the Complete Sales Cycle

  • End-to-End Leadership: Lead comprehensive enterprise sales processes from initial prospecting through to contract finalization.
  • Strategic Engagement: Identify and engage leaders within Business Development and Search & Evaluation functions at top 200 global pharma and biopharma organizations.
  • Account Planning: Build and execute strategic account plans designed to penetrate and expand within target organizations.
  • Relationship Navigation: Navigate complex organizational structures to establish connections with key decision-makers and high-level influencers.
  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Manage multi-stakeholder deal processes involving Business Development, IT, Legal, and Procurement teams.

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and organizational revenue goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Cultivate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities supported by accurate forecasting.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms and structure deals that deliver significant value for both the company and our clients.
  • Internal Leverage: Utilize the companys internal network and proprietary AI-driven tools to further build the pipeline and accelerate opportunities.

Become a Trusted Advisor

  • Client Insight: Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges regarding deal sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio management.
  • Value Articulation: Clearly articulate how our AI-powered platform addresses critical pain points within the Business Development lifecycle.
  • Tailored Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations customized to meet the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to ensure customer success and identify potential expansion opportunities.

Shape Our Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sector-specific messaging.
  • Process Development: Contribute to sales playbooks, standardized processes, and best practices as the organization scales.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at major industry conferences and professional events.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of enterprise sales or SaaS sales experience, featuring a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Industry Network: A deep professional network within the pharma/biopharma sector, particularly across Business Development, Licensing, or Search & Evaluation functions.
  • High-Value Sales: Demonstrated success in selling complex, high-value technology solutions ($500K+ ACV) to C-level and VP-level executives.
  • Cycle Management: Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles (6-18 months) involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of biopharma business models, drug development processes, and Business Development/licensing workflows.

  • Experience building sales processes and teams within early-stage organizations.
