Our client is a family-owned, full-service landscaping and winter maintenance company serving commercial customers throughout the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley, is looking for Account Executives to join their growing team.

The right candidate is accountable for:
- planning, scheduling and overseeing daily crew activities.
- managing a diverse portfolio of commercial landscape and winter maintenance projects.
- proactively communicating with customers and providing recommendations for improvement to their properties.
- conducting quality inspections.
- supporting the renewal process by providing outstanding customer service.
- generating customer solutions that are creative and align with the companys brand image.
The right candidates qualifications include:
- 3 years experience in the landscape management industry as a field level manager.
- proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of programs (ie.. Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS)
- good written and communication skills.
A truly exceptional candidate will possess:
- aptitude in Aspire Field Management Software.
- the ability to speak fluent Spanish,
- an understanding of EOS.
- a PMP or comparable experience.
