A dynamic, data-driven energy consumer services company is investing heavily in new customer growth. Your mission is to ensure every dollar of that investment performs at its peak. This role owns the end-to-end measurement and insights ecosystemfrom attribution models and media mix modeling (MMM) to testing frameworks and strategy enablement.
You will work at the intersection of marketing, data science, and commercial strategy to drive key outcomes: lead growth, customer acquisition cost efficiency, lifetime value expansion, and margin optimization. Youll lead projects that define where to spend, how to scale, and what levers truly move the needle.

What Youll Do
- Lead the customer acquisition analytics function, including strategy development and performance measurement for a high-eight-figure media budget.
- Own and evolve the measurement stackincluding MMM, geo-lift/incrementality testing, and multi-touch attributionto surface the true ROI of every marketing channel.
- Build out and advance analytics across emerging acquisition channels: CTV, programmatic, OOH, referral virality, partnerships, and more.
- Execute strategic growth projects: market sizing, audience expansion, media mix modeling, and cross-sell opportunity analysis.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture by developing experimentation frameworks (A/B, geo, holdout), institutionalizing insights across teams.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing analyst, with the potential to scale the team.
- Shape cross-functional strategies by partnering with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations, bringing a data-first approach to every initiative.
- Deliver deep-dive analyses that guide GTM (go-to-market) strategies and optimize media spend in real time.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-reliability dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and insight delivery.
What Youll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, including roles in business operations, product analytics, or growth marketingwith a recent focus on acquisition measurement.
- Expertise in incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and MMM for performance marketing.
- Analytical mindset guided by growth instinctsyou see beyond reports and into strategic opportunities.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Segment.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Python, and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Streamlit, Databricks).
- A pragmatic, results-driven approach: If a simple model delivers value faster, you use itthen iterate and scale.
- Comfort working in startup or high-growth environments with fast decision cycles.
Success Metrics
- Lower blended CAC by X% YoY while maintaining acquisition velocity.
- Achieve or beat marginal CAC targets across scaled paid channels.
- Deliver $Y in incremental CLV from optimization of measurement systems.
- Improve media ROI (incremental revenue / spend) by Z% in the first year.
- Maintain MMM forecast accuracy within 10% variance of actual revenue.
- Launch N incrementality tests per quarter, with actionable insights delivered within 2 weeks.
- Validate 95% of media spend through approved measurement frameworks.
- Increase nurture drip conversion rates by Q% YoY.
- Maintain 99.5% uptime in critical dashboards and reporting systems.
