Our client is a boutique, data-driven marketing consultancy specializing in the financial services industry. While technical skills are important, this tightknit team values a personality/cultural match even more.
- Key elements: understanding of direct marketing fundamentals; data-centric; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; adaptable and flexible.
- Position can be either a Director (5-7+ years) or Manager (0-5 years) depending on skills/experience.
- Manager could be a NEW GRAD for a strong fit.
- HYBRID: Tu-Th in office (Wilmington, DE).
- Compensation: Director (130-170K + bonus), Manager (75-125K + bonus)
Responsibilities:
Lead Campaign Coordination: Serve as the primary driver behind day-to-day planning and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring that all campaign elements are delivered on time and within scope.
Client Engagement & Support: Act as a key point of contact for clients, facilitating regular updates, managing feedback, and ensuring client expectations are met throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Timeline & Workflow Management: Build and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating input from internal teams, external partners, and vendors to keep campaigns running smoothly.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication across departments, ensuring everyone involvedfrom creative to analyticsunderstands goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversight of Deliverables: Monitor the development and approval of creative materials, data lists, and production assets to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign goals.
Process Documentation & Quality Control: Maintain thorough documentation of campaign requirements, approvals, and workflows, while reviewing materials to catch errors before launch.
Vendor & Budget Coordination: Assist with invoice tracking, vendor communications, and cost documentation to support financial accuracy and accountability across projects.
