PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To conduct effective training and to meet the objectives of the initiative
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 / Std 10 (NQF Level 4) certificate is essential
- National Certificate Mineral Processing L3/ Diploma or Chemical Engineering is desirable
- Relevant ETD qualification will be added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in extraction metallurgical plant is essential
- A valid medical certificate or medically fit to obtain such a certificate

- Must have good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
- Interacting with people on different levels
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
The successful candidate will be responsible to:- To conduct targeted training and development using given methodologies.
- To promote learning culture.
- To ensure that training facilities and resources are optimally utilized, and safeguarded.
- To provide feedback on training and report on improvement to management.
- To facilitate coaching in order to enhance individual and team performance.
- To maintain training quality management and learning delivery systems
- To ensure that skills development administration is properly maintained.
- To ensure compliance with legal requirements
- To conduct assessment and moderation where required ensuring assessment and moderation processes are adhered to.
- To provide reports on statistics and analysis
