PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To conduct general HRD administration to comply with the relevant legislative requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or NQF equivalent 4 is essential
- Administration Certificate is desirable
- 1-3 years administration experience is essential
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
COMPETENCIES:
- SAP HR
- Demonstrates knowledge pertaining to basic health and safety principles in and around a
- Demonstrates an understanding of Quality Systems (ISO 9001:2000)
- SAP
- Administration Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Filing Skills
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Contributes to health, safety, security and good housekeeping in the workplace.
- Complies with Company Policies, Standards, Rules and Procedures.
- Follows emergency procedures when and if required
