PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To effectively maintain all administrative functions in line with ISO procedural requirements and MQA accreditation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Trade Certificate in Fitting and Machining essential.
  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) certificate is essential
  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Human Resources development would be considered an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office packages) is essential
  • SAP experience will be an added advantage
  • MQA I-Share Data Base experience would be considered an added advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and Auditing would be considered an added advantage.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • A valid medical certificate or medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate

KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS:

The successful candidate is responsible for:

  • General office administration
  • Preparation of learner portfolios
  • Maintenance of record keeping and filling system for the HRD function as per ISO requirements
  • Capturing of training data on SAP
  • Issuing of Training Certificates according to ISO requirements
  • Liaise internally with all employees at all levels with regards to training requests
  • Liaise with external Training & Service providers
  • Control ISO non-conformance process for dept.
  • Assist with maintaining ISO system where applicable
  • Assist with all other ad-hoc requests
