PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To effectively maintain all administrative functions in line with ISO procedural requirements and MQA accreditation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Trade Certificate in Fitting and Machining essential.
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) certificate is essential
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Human Resources development would be considered an added advantage.
- Computer literacy (MS Office packages) is essential
- SAP experience will be an added advantage
- MQA I-Share Data Base experience would be considered an added advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and Auditing would be considered an added advantage.
- Good Communication Skills
- A valid medical certificate or medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate
KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS:
The successful candidate is responsible for:
- General office administration
- Preparation of learner portfolios
- Maintenance of record keeping and filling system for the HRD function as per ISO requirements
- Capturing of training data on SAP
- Issuing of Training Certificates according to ISO requirements
- Liaise internally with all employees at all levels with regards to training requests
- Liaise with external Training & Service providers
- Control ISO non-conformance process for dept.
- Assist with maintaining ISO system where applicable
- Assist with all other ad-hoc requests
