Retail Sales Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage retail staff
• Recruit, train, and coach employees
• Handle customer complaints, issues, and questions
• Make sure pricing is correct
• Work on store displays
• Work with the shipping company and the library to smooth their distribution process
• Identify market trends that appeal to customers
• Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
• Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with the store’s standards
• Utilize computers to record sales figures, for data analysis, and forward planning
• Make sure that health and safety measures are met
• Monitor local competitors
• Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness

Job Qualifications:

• Completion of high school diploma
• At least 2 years of previous retail supervisory experience
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
