ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Standardization of Supervision Model
  1. Support the CST in finalizing the documentation of the supervision model as implemented in 2022
  2. Help develop the process of individual supervision including, but not limited to goals, questions and template report
  • Performance Management & Evaluation
  1. Help create evaluation tools for counselors and supervisors
  2. Integrate evaluation tools with the progression and promotion plan of counselors
  3. Coordinate with Counseling Program to monitor & document client feedback about counselors
  • Clinical Documentation & Reporting
  1. Understand local & legal requirements related to release of documents for counseling / therapy
  2. Systematize the format, content, and issuance of documents, certificates, and forms used by counselors
  • Support for Counselor Engagement & Professional Development
  1. Plenary management (eg. organizing & planning sessions, assigning speakers, learning topics, etc.)
  2. Organize and spearhead the group therapy workshops as another product for the counselors
  3. Create a library of resources that counselors can use to enhance counseling & client management
  4. Participate in establishing a dynamic support system for Counselors
  • Project Management & General Administration
  1. Drive projects exclusively led by CST
  2. Documentation during supervision meetings
  3. Collects & analyses relevant reports required by the CST while meeting both internal & external
  4. requirements
  5. Assist in providing technical and operational support
  6. Contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment

  • Computer Literate (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, GSuite Tools)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Demonstrates professionalism and high client service orientation
  • Knowledge and experience working with other cultures and expatriates helpful
  • Ability to improve, innovate, and solve problems
  • Self-starter and able to work independently with creativity
  • Awareness of counseling and clinical methodologies


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Master's degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology; exposure to a counseling or clinical setting is preferred, but not required


LANGUAGE SKILLS

High degree of fluency in both written and spoken English and Tagalog

Knowledge of other local language(s) desirable
