Admin Operations Associate is responsible for addressing client and staff questions providing an overall welcoming environment to everyone. Serves as the first point of contact for the company. Duties include administrative support to different departments. Welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Ensure the execution of administrative tasks with quality that ranges from General Office Management, Facilities and Asset Management, Procurement and Logistics, Regulatory & Compliance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties may be assigned as needed.


  • Protect clients privacy and confidentiality at all times.

  • Makes sure protected health information is secured.

  • Ensures all In Touch human resource, administrative and operational procedures remain confidential, except at the discretion of the Executive Director.


  • Attend a yearly review of Occupational health and safety.

  • Support in conducting the OSH orientation for the ITCS team together with Operations Manager.

  • Support in review and development of policies and processes for operations.

  • Document: Meetings for OSH and DOLE requirements

  • Ensure that the organization follows the health and safety protocol.

  • Monitoring:
    • Assets accountability: Deployment/Repair/ Sunset

    • Stationary/ Kitchen/First Aid Supplies

  • Petty cash management with documentation of the ff: reimbursements/cash advances

  • Pick up and check for items that are being delivered in the office.

  • Answering recipients' questions and delivering messages from partner companies regarding processes or other issues.

  • Ensure documentation of collected or delivered items
