Marketing Specialist

(m/f/d)

to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives supporting our biopharma services offering in the field of neurodegenerative diseases. This role will be critical in driving awareness, demand, and engagement among pharmaceutical and biotech partners for our precision diagnostics, biomarker discovery tools, and clinical trial support solutions.

    • Develop and refine the value proposition for biopharma customers (drug developers, CROs, clinical teams)
    • Build positioning and messaging frameworks that articulate our capabilities in diagnostic innovation, clinical trial enrichment, and biomarker support for neurodegenerative disease drug development
    • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting biopharma decision-makers (medical affairs, R&D, clinical development, commercial)
    • Coordinate digital, content, and event-based marketing activities to generate leads and strengthen brand presence in the biopharma ecosystem
    • Create sales enablement tools (presentations, case studies, data sheets) tailored to biopharma client needs
    • Support business development with marketing collateral and customized outreach materials for strategic accounts
    • Lead and coordinate external marketing and creative agency to ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment with brand strategy
    • Develop and expand Noselabs social media presence with tailored content strategies to reach and engage the biopharma audience
    • Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all digital channels
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and unmet needs in biopharma services for neurodegenerative conditions
    • Analyze customer segments, buyer personas, and partner journeys to optimize marketing efforts
    • Produce high-impact content (white papers, blog posts, infographics, videos) showcasing scientific expertise, successful case studies, and differentiated services
    • Collaborate with KOLs, scientists, and internal stakeholders to craft credible and persuasive narratives
    • Manage website content and digital marketing efforts targeting biopharma professionals
    • Track campaign performance, generate reports, and use data to optimize future strategies
    • Organize company presence at scientific conferences, industry events, and investor meetings
    • Develop booth design, materials, and speaking opportunities to maximize visibility
    • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of the companys annual industry symposium, positioning it as a key event for thought leadership and stakeholder engagement

Your Profile:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Neuroscience, or related field (Masters or MBA preferred)
  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or biopharma services
  • Strong understanding of drug development and the role of diagnostics and biomarkers in neurodegenerative diseases
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business development teams in B2B marketing contexts
  • Exceptional communication, content development, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and digital analytics tools
  • Background in neurology, neuroscience, or molecular diagnostics
  • Experience working directly with biopharma partners, CROs, or in clinical trial services
  • Familiarity with FDA regulatory communications, investor relations, or medical/scientific publication practices
  • Familiarity with regulatory and reimbursement pathways relevant to diagnostics in drug development
  • Fluent English required, German is a plus
