We are looking for a highly experienced, certified Salesforce Administrator with a strong seniority level and good English proficiency to join a fast-growing, global technology company.
This role is critical to ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform while supporting cross-functional and international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
- Configure and optimize objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automation.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and access policies.
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the platform.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement enhancements and new functionality.
- Provide advanced-level support to end users and resolve complex issues.
- Create and maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Must-have
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex and demanding environments.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 or equivalent).
- Intermediate to advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, and platform administration.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-have
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator).
- Experience with system integrations and external tools.
- Knowledge of CRM data governance and best practices.
- Background in technology-driven or high-growth companies.
