SAP Asset Performance Mgmt Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Asset Performance Management (APM) Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP APM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and deep knowledge of SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) tools, especially Asset Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support SAP APM solution design, configuration, and deployment.

• Analyze client business processes related to asset management and propose optimized SAP solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional consultants to ensure successful delivery.

• Configure and customize SAP APM modules, including Predictive Maintenance and Asset Strategy.

• Integrate SAP APM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM, and other IAM solutions.

• Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to users and clients.

• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards in asset reliability and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP EAM, with at least 2 years working specifically with SAP Asset Performance Management.

• Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, reliability engineering, and asset lifecycle management.

• Experience with SAP Predictive Maintenance and Service (PdMS) and SAP Asset Intelligence Network (AIN) is a plus.

• Familiarity with integration to IoT sensors and machine data is desirable.

• Experience in industries such as Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Transportation is preferred.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have:

• SAP certifications in APM or related modules.

• Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).

• Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI).

• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
