This job is responsible for capture, analyze and document users and business needs so as to accomplish with the Company objectives. Provide recommendations whenever applies.Be the liaison between internal and external users and the technical areas. Understand priorities and impact of every need and communicate project tracking to keep clear expectations.

Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  1. To facilitate and support the global implementation of applications and related components:
  • Facilitates the delivery of quality service to all users, internal or external.
  • Contributes to product, business and organizational decisions
  1. To design detailed system specifications based on the analysis of business requirements
  • Analyses users’ needs, develops formal user requirement documents and designs specifications to meet those requirements
  • Ensures all designs fit within the application model and AIZ standards
  1. To support deliveries testing
  • Ensures that the development accomplishes with the requirement specifications
  • Tests and proves all programs and systems built, ensuring high quality, reliability and compliance to the client´s solutions.
  1. To setup and configure systems to provide the require functionality
  • Provides advice on the appropriate configuration settings to meet the business requirements
  1. To provide training / consultancy to ensure the business can utilize systems appropriately and efficiently.
  • Trains new and existing staff in applications and related components
  • Provide information / training for system updates / upgrades / new functionality

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • IT Degree or on-going study
  • Analysis, development and implementation activities (min 5 years’ experience)
  • Knowledge and experience in SQL (Oracle, Sql databases / PL/SQL scripting) (Desired for local app/required for IHQ App Support)
  • Knowledge of the Insurance Market (Desired)
  • Ability to assess competing priorities and organize personal workload appropriately
  • Ability to conduct training and communicate ideas appropriately to the audience
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently or with others as part of a team
  • Analytical capability and comprehensive vision
  • Good interpersonal skills (Teamworking)
  • Communication skills, transmission and clear documentation
  • Fluent in English writing and Speaking
