Cloud Engineer Tech Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and mature Cloud Engineer to join our team as a Tech Lead across two product teams. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in both Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), coupled with proven experience in data integration and AI solution development within cloud environments.

This role requires not only technical proficiency but also leadership capabilities to guide development efforts, mentor junior engineers, and ensure architectural alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of scalable cloud solutions.

• Guide two cross-functional product teams as a hands-on Tech Lead.

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and AI-driven workflows in the cloud.

• Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based platforms for analytics and data processing.

• Automate processes using Python, focusing on data models, pipelines, and deployments.

• Ensure best practices in security, cloud architecture, and DevOps processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product goals and translate them into technical strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services.

• Strong Python development skills focused on data automation and AI.

• Experience in building AI or machine learning solutions in cloud environments.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, especially for analytics or data ingestion.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps tools, and cloud infrastructure-as-code.

• Excellent communication, team leadership, and mentoring abilities.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives across distributed teams.
