Responsibilities

• Work in a hands-on, collaborative environment with top Salesforce administrators and developers to build efficient experiences that solve our internal users’ most critical needs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to perform business analysis and discovery of features and initiatives to enhance existing tools and streamline processes

• Define and document Salesforce product specifications including requirements, workflows, product documents, user stories, etc.

• Participate in the agile/scrum process, including backlog prep, stand-ups, and related activities

• QA and test features and processes to ensure the user experience matches defined product specs

• Facilitate effective change management for newly launched features including the training of users and managers

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and technology implementation in enterprise environments

• Experience with the integration and synchronization of Salesforce with external third-party systems and tools

• Experience with Agile software development methodology using Scrum, sprints, and JIRA

• Working knowledge of technical concepts including programming, logic, databases, data distributed across multiple systems, etc.

• Familiarity with third-party API concepts and integration

• Comfort working in a remote environment

• Certifications are a plus: (Salesforce Certified Administrator; Certified Sales Cloud Consultant; Certified Force.com Platform App Builder)

• Experience implementing or administering Salesforce Automation software in enterprise environments including identifying business requirements, collection of use cases/user stories, process design, testing, training and implementation support

• Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas is required: System Implementation, Change Enablement & User Adoption

Strong project management, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
