Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting:
- Generate comprehensive financial reports in adherence to US GAAP standards.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness in financial statements.
- Experience in M&A processes.
- Matrix Reporting:
- Produce and present reports for the corporate headquarters, providing key insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for reporting purposes.
- Advanced Excel Proficiency:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to manipulate and analyze financial data effectively.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial models and reports.
- Power BI Experience (Desirable):
- Leverage Power BI for dynamic and visually impactful reporting.
- Continuously explore opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities using Power BI.
- Big Four Background (Preferred):
- Ideal candidates may have previous experience working with leading accounting firms, bringing a wealth of expertise in financial reporting.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a reporting role for companies based in the USA.
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools and systems.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time job with a hybrid work scheme (3 days in the office, 2 day at home). Our office is located in Buenos Aires, Argentina (Liberateur Building), and we offer a competitive salary package that includes health insurance, paid vacation, courses, and certifications with a percentage paid by the company, annual medical check-ups, reimbursement in English classes, and physical training.
