What You´ll Do

As an IT Sales Executive, you´ll be responsible for driving growth and establishing Inclusion Cloud as a market leader in IT outsourcing and staff augmentation. 

Proactively Prospect: Identify and pursue new opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and social media channels. 

Engage Effectively: Conduct high-quality phone and face-to-face conversations to generate leads and follow up on marketing campaigns. 

Strategize Collaboratively: Work with the sales team to develop tailored prospecting strategies. 

Manage Pipelines: Build and oversee a pipeline of new business opportunities aligned with quarterly and annual sales quotas. 

Cultivate Relationships: Maintain and grow client relationships by understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored solutions. 

Sell IT Staff Augmentation Services: Position and close staff augmentation engagements focused on ERP and CRM platforms, including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, with an emphasis on AI-enabled solutions and digital transformation initiatives. 

Leverage Technology: Use CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage sales tasks, opportunities, and campaign-generated leads. Report Progress: Provide weekly updates on KPIs and sales forecasts. 

What You Must Bring 

Experience 8+ years in IT sales or related roles, with a proven track record of success. 

Established connections in the IT industry are a plus. 

Proven experience selling IT Staff Augmentation Services and Solutions, specifically aligned to ERP and CRM talent (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow), including projects involving AI, automation, analytics, or intelligent platforms. 

Sales Expertise Demonstrated ability to open new business opportunities, close deals, and build lasting client relationships.

Strong background in consultative selling of nearshore staff augmentation models (time & materials, dedicated teams, long-term engagements). 

Skillset Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to position complex ERP, CRM, and AI-driven solutions to senior stakeholders. 

Technical Aptitude Solid understanding of IT services, ERP and CRM ecosystems, and emerging AI capabilities applied to enterprise platforms. 

Experience as a Channel Development Executive building partnerships with vendors such as Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce is highly valued.
