We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and proactive professional with exceptional planning, communication, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment and excel at managing multiple streams of work simultaneously. This role is part of the IT Business Partners group in the Technology Department which is responsible for serving as the strategic interface with Departments and Offices for the purpose of business technology delivery, solution discovery, service delivery reviews, and relationship management.

What youll do:

Support the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of capital projects.

Analyze project plans to identify and mitigate risks and minimize potential roadblocks.

Collaborate with Project Manager to create and maintain a detailed project plan.

Schedule and prepare meeting materials for project team meetings, including kickoff, testing kick-off and sign-off, go/no-go, post-mortem, etc.

Facilitate meetings, capturing and tracking issues reported during all phases of the project.

Drive team actions to resolution by working with action owners.

Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to meet the program goals and objectives.

Develops and implement a communication plan for the teams initiatives whenever applicable.

Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and convert them into clear and concise requirements for business solution development.

Evaluate and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and enhance quality.

Develop proposals for solutions, addressing identified business problems, considering factors such as technology, cost, and feasibility.

Organize and lead meetings, workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients and internal teams to discuss requirements, solutions and strategies.

What you'll need

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role. Project Management Professional (PMP-PMI) certified is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Project and/or Program Management.

Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required.
