Communications Specialist

We are seeking a Communications Specialist to manage and deliver engaging, consistent, and effective communications across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content for SharePoint sites, email marketing (Bananatag), and other electronic communication systems.
  

• Collaborate with our designer to create visual assets for campaigns, including banners and email templates.

• Develop and execute a communication plan to support the launch of the Computer Replacement initiative.

• Prepare and design impactful PowerPoint presentations.

• Write and edit campaign materials, such as:

  • How-to guides and user manuals

  • Messages for various platforms (Teams, Infolinks, newsletters, posters)

  • Video scripts and storyboards

  • Emails tailored to different stakeholders, explaining upcoming changes

  • Knowledge base articles

• Participate in meetings (in English and Spanish) to plan, coordinate, and implement communication strategies.
