The Role

As the Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention and revenue growth. You'll take a firsthand approach in this operational role that requires,

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base.

• Proactive Communication: High-volume phone activity to engage with clients, negotiate rates, and secure renewals.

• Negotiation: Navigate pricing and contract terms effectively to ensure business profitability.

• Technical Support: Handle and resolve client queries regarding fuel cards and account management.

• Administrative Diligence: Getting stuck into the operational side of the role, ensuring all client documentation and queries are handled accurately.

Essential Criteria

• Communication Skills: Strong and capable on the phones; must be comfortable and confident in high-stakes conversations.

• Negotiation Ability: Proven experience or a natural aptitude for negotiating with clients to reach a deal.

• Drive & Motivation: A hungry mindset with a strong desire to succeed and maximize uncapped commission.

• Resilience: The ability to handle queries and objections professionally while maintaining a high level of energy.

• Reliability: This is a 100% on-site role in Newry, so you must be able to commute 5 days a week.
