The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for finding and creating new business opportunities. This is a busy role that requires both clear thinking and consistent effort. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Speaking with Potential Clients: Chatting with prospective customers over the phone and via email to understand their business challenges and see if our clients' services are a good fit.
Clear Communication: Handling initial outreach with a polite and professional manner, explaining the value of the service and answering any questions or concerns.
Teamwork: Working closely with Account Executives to make sure all qualified leads and appointments are handed over smoothly.
Keeping Records: Maintaining accurate notes in the CRM system so that all outreach and data stay up to date.
The Person
We are looking for a resilient and self-motivated professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys the challenge of meeting goals. To be a good fit for this role, you should have:
Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in telesales or direct sales.
Communication Skills: You have a great telephone manner and the ability to explain ideas clearly and simply.
Persistence: You have a positive attitude and the steady determination needed to succeed in outbound sales.
Ambition: You are keen to learn, open to feedback, and want to build a long-term career within a growing global firm.
Basic Tech Skills: You are comfortable using computers and CRM systems to manage your daily tasks.
