Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances.
Inspect and diagnose plumbing issues, identifying leaks, blockages, and faulty equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans to determine pipe layouts and installations.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems.
Collaborate with other construction or maintenance personnel as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.
