Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor minor and planned maintenance at residence level
Handle and secure tools in line with maintenance procedures and safety standards
Accurately record and report maintenance issues within the residences
Manage and maintain appropriate inventory stock levels
