Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
Present menus and offer recommendations based on customer preferences
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously
Monitor tables and attend to guests needs throughout their dining experience
Handle customer complaints or concerns with grace and efficiency
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
Process payments and issue receipts
