Duties & Responsibilities

1) Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

Warmly greet every customer with professionalism

and respect, reflecting Engen commitment to

'With us you are Number One' provide fast, friendly

and helpful service at all times to ensure customer

satisfaction.

2) Fuel dispensing and Vehicle assistance

Safely dispense the correct fuel type as per the

customers request.

Offer additional vehicle checks such as oil, water

and tyre pressure.

Clean windscreens and mirrors cautiously to enhance

the customers experience.

3) Cash Handling and payment transactions

Process cash, card and vouchers payments accurately

and efficiently.

Issue correct receipts and change, maintaining honesty

and accountability at all times.
4) Health safety and environmental standards

Strickly adhere to Engines safety procedures and

environmental policies.
