Your Responsibilities
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and determine which rigging tools to use.
Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Thorough attention to detail to ensure perfect rigging techniques.
Performing of rigging related activities to optimal quality standards and meeting on production delivery requirements.
Advanced planning to determine the time required for completion of a specific job.
Attending to breakdown requirement work.
Must be able to conduct basic maintenance and quality checks on the equipment.
Assist in training of apprentices/other staff members may be required
Inspecting and preparing loads that need to be moved.
Setting, aligning and levelling heavy equipment machinery.
Determine types of equipment, tools, or materials needed for rigging jobs
Preparing rigging equipment including beams, pulleys, clamps, and bolts.
