Your Role: Drive Growth, Build Community, Make an Impact
As the Lead Sales Associate, you'll be the face of the studio responsible for driving new membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your leadership, relationship-building skills, and sales expertise will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Outreach

• Consistently exceed sales targets by converting leads into long-term members via calls, texts, and emails
• Conduct compelling in-studio tours, highlighting membership benefits and pricing
• Re-engage leads and former members through personalized follow-up
• Complete 100 sales activities per day, including outreach, referrals, and in-studio campaigns

Customer Experience

• Provide top-tier service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
• Build authentic, lasting relationships with members to boost retention
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience

Studio Operations & Team Collaboration

• Accurately manage lead and sales data in our CRM system
• Partner with the studio manager to brainstorm and execute creative marketing strategies
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and excellence in every interaction

What Were Looking For

• Local Candidate: Must live within 20 minutes of the Santa Cruz studio
• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within fitness, wellness, or boutique studios
• Results-Oriented: History of achieving or exceeding sales goals
• Strong Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and independent
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and lead management tools
• Flexible Schedule: Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Fitness Enthusiast: Passionate about wellness and the mission of Club Pilates
